I received the following message from King's College Uni and since I also have an offer from QM and Edinburgh I was wondering whether it constitutes an offer or not.
"We are currently waiting for confirmation regarding potential changes to the fees regulations in England for 2021/22 academic year, particularly relating to students with EU/EEA/Swiss nationality and/or residence. As a result, we are unable to make a decision on your application with a confirmed fee status at this time. However, we are pleased to inform you that your application has been deemed strong enough to make you an offer once we are in a position to do so. "

Do you believe that it is a 100% offer? Or is it possible to cancel it? I mean, should I start looking for accomodation etc?

Hi All,
King's college Master of Laws LLM requires 7 overall and 6,5 for each section in IELTS. My IELTS results are 8,5 in listening and reading; 7 in writing and 6 in speaking. If I apply with this scores can I get an unconditional offer? Or they will require me to take a pre-session? What do you think? Do you have any experience?

Hey guys. They can take longer. I submitted my application on Nov 16 and was accepted on Jan 26.  

I wouldn't worry about the 4-6 week timeline as much. Best of luck!

My transcript status changed to "Document is OK", TOEFL to "Acceptable proof of study in English – meets English language requirements" and personal statement to "Personal statement meets needs for assessment". I applied early January. 

Does this indicate positive news or that simply it is being reviewed now? Did anyone ever have such a change and not receive an offer?

the day before yesterday I have the same changes of 

status with no offer now. I think it is beginning to reviewed now. good luck with us~
