I'm a 26 y.o. italian trainee lawywer..
I've been accepted from the both of them but donno which one to accept.Which do you think has the best programme? Which of them offer the best job opportunities? I would use the LLM outside UK, do you think London program can be better recognised?
If i can choose without thinkin i'd go to Aberdeen....cheaper and quieter life.....
Int commercial law, Aberdeen or Queen Mary?

I think in terms of better programme you should choose Queen Mary - it has a really strong reputation especially for commercial law. Teachers are great too, at least from my undergraduate experience there.
However, if you really value a quiet life then go for aberdeen- the location of Queen Mary is in east london - a loud and noisy place! Aberdeen is also a good school so you wont really be losing ..!

In terms of recognition, reputation and job prospects, Queen Mary scores over Aberdeen. However, you are right in saying that London is lot more expensive and noisier. Its your choice!! You have to decide what you choose between the two.
Good luck

Thanks everybody for replying.....
I think I'll choose London (if I'll get a suffficient score with my toefl exam....) because I'd like to work for a couple of years in a British law firm in the field of corporate or commercial, and in this respect i think queen mary can enhance my chances...
do you know if it's possible for a foreign but european lawyer after an LLM at queen mary to be ghired by a British law firm? ....even if not in London.....????
thank you
