Unconditional offers? You need to decide which one you want and then reply to the institution to say "thank you very much" or similar...
Conditional offer? well, you need to read very carefully the details of the condition and decide whether you will attempt to fulfil those conditions or not.
In all cases, it's very helpful to receive a note if you DON'T intend on accepting an offer, although in my experience, not many people do that.
Depending on when you have been admitted, you may either have to get your bags packed and hot-foot it over to the campus of choice or perhaps you still have to complete the final year of your undergraduate, or if you're employment you'll have to keep working till it's time for the programme to start!
