Hi guys,
I'm new to this but have seen alot of positive responses to general questions so thought I may give it a go. I completed my LLB at Trinity College, Dublin - getting a high 2.1. Am now applying to most London universities for LLMs in IP. I have already submitted UCL but have been waiting a long while (few weeks) for KCL and LSE referees to hit me up with my reference.
I hope I am a reasonable candidate, with many classmates gaining very prestigious LLMS but I was wondering what you guys thought of realistic chances of entry as I have been painfully reading of offers dating back to December! Have I missed the boat despite all LLM programmes being open.
Many thanks for your help!

Hi E,
In my opinion getting a High 2.1 is definitely good enough to get onto any of London LLM programmes. I would also say that even though you have left it a while to apply, the deadlines are still about 1 month away for most of them so you still have a decent chance of getting in. I applied to KCL at the end of January and got a reply within less than 3 weeks. You may have to wait a little while for them to reply, especially for LSE who operate a waiting list system, but I see no reason why you wouldn't get at least a couple of offers. Make sure you send all documentation as soon as possible, and if possible submit the references online because this ensures that they will be processed more quickly!

Many thanks to your reply petitjuane - been trying to get references submitted but kcl want the sign sealed delivered style. I think ive pestered my referees to the point of ignoring me with all my applications!
Cheers again.
Cheers again.
