Hello. I am going to study International Economic Law and got offers from Edinburgh and Bristol University. (International student)

I have no idea which school should I choose:/ It seems similar to me.
But there are some opinions class quality in Edinburgh has been complained from students for ages.
I would like to pursue my career in global.
Which university would be suitable for me? I'm so confused.
