Yes you should google that, but apparently UCL is already full: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/laws/study/llm-master-laws/applying
Admission at LSE is on a rolling basis so I recommend you to call or email the Admissions Office to find out if they are still receiving applications.
In any case if you want to apply for the 2018/2019 period you should take an English test soon as you are required to prove your English proficiency (and also practice a lot as the level required is kind of high).
You should also take a look at other universities such as King's College, Queen Mary, etc.

Further to francisco's post, I believe LSE is full already. Speaking from personal experience, last year I applied in late Feb and was put on a waiting list. But this should not put you down. On this forum, there is actually a thread on LSE/KCL/UCL/QML. Maybe ask our fellow peers there :)
