Hi,
I have got addmission from City Uni and College of law for GDL. I am very worried as the deadline is close and I haven't addmitted any of these offers. My problem is that I know College of law is very reputable, but it is not a university, does this affect, at international level, the validity of my certificate if I get an LLB from College of Law?
Is it better to go to City Uni just because it is a university and not a College? how do you evaluate City University GDL and CPE. I have no time please help me as soon as possible.
CPE in College of Law or City University

College of Law is an independent college it is not related to any university.

Hi Farzaneh,
Both are good institutions but City University is more reputed. If you are planning to go for BVC then ICSL at City Uni is probably the best.
Good luck,
Diya

Thanks Diya, I want to become a solicitor and have visted the college of law it is quite impressive but the problem is the fact that it is a college not a university. Does any body know whether LLB in College of Law is known in overseas?

If you want to be a Solicitor then definitely the College of Law. However, I studied for the GDL at BPP which was really a wonderful experience and a great place if you want to do either the LPC or BVC after. Do not let the fact that the COL is not a university be an obstacle it is widely recognised and reputed in the common law world. However, its not too late to apply to BPP and I really would recommend it. City is really the place to go if you are hoping to ultimately complete the BVC.
