hey there,
I dont want to add one more subject about rankings and the impossibility to accuratly classify Universities, but I got LSE and I dont feel like going to london really.
Is it a big deal to choose a city University such as aberdeen or durham or nottigham ( which are good enough I heard ) rather than one of the triangle ( oxbridge-london) everybody praises so much.
Of course it should be about the courses, but a dont wanna get screwed by signing for a dull LLm.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge...and good luck to all of u.

maksu,
I'm from North America, and my post may be of very limited value to you. Hopefully, someone more qualified will be able to share a European perspective.
Having said that, I will admit to making my decisions very superficially because that is what I expect from employers here. I don't want to re-ignite the debate about rankings and brands, but there is something in a name.
