Just received the rejection e-mail as well - at least the dreaded wait is over.
Good luck to all the other applicants!

Seems that offers came first and now its time for the rejections...Little bit scared as my status is still "under consideration". Does it mean that all offers were made last week?
Posted Mar 02, 2016 01:07
I received a conditional offer late last week, as well as a college admission offer today. Does anyone know when Cambridge scholarship offers are due to be released? Congrats to all!
Congrats oxbridge26. Would you mind sharing where you're from and which college accepted you ?
The wait is absolutely nerve-wracking... No news for French applicants ?
Hi GingerBread 17, I am from Australia and received a conditional offer for Wolfson College.

Congrats to all the offers and change in statuses!
Are there any applicants from AU/ASIA still stuck with under consideration by DC? /:
I'm from Asia and still stuck with under consideration by DC, too... well, best of luck to all of us! :)

Still under consideration ...
I think they picked the best applicants first, then they'll gradually rejected the not-that-awesome candidates and retain the rather-awesome ones ...
Any French that has been accepted ?

It might sound logical but if you read Hede's post, apparently it's not the case...

Hopefully we'll have some news very soon.

Sorbonne ? They have a great internationale profile, so you're likely to enhance your chances if you did study here. I'm from Aix, quite appreciated nationally but abroad, I'm not entirely sure.
If you don't mind, can you tell me your profile ?

Yes, la Sorbonne :)
No problem for my profile : top of my class in my master's degree and within the top 3% of my LLB. I'm currently enrolled at the Paris Bar school and have completed 3 six-month internships.
I really hope it's going to be enough...
Good luck to us all !!

My status changed to "the degree committee is satisfied with your application, still needs approval" this afternoon.
I'm from Belgium - I don't think there are many other applicants from my country, but just to give a heads up to the other applicants from small European countries ;-)

Hell now that's a profile. I'm juste about to finish my M2 and start an internship of three months, my only noticeable asset is that I speak English fluently. If you're rejected, then I'll be kicked !!
You will make it :)

My status has changed to 'conditional offer made'. I was BOGSed on the 26th.

By the way, apparently there's a DC meeting today... I hope we'll know soon after that.

Interesting! Given this is the last meeting before offers are due to come out, I suppose our fate will be sealed very shortly.
On another note, the silence is making me more and more convinced that any Aussies out there such as myself who haven't been BOGSed yet have unfortunately missed out and they should just rip the bandaid off and reject us already!

You shouldn't interpret too much into the timing. If the dates are accurate and the last meeting was February 11th, it took them 2 weeks to send out the first decisions afterwards. I'm quite certain that it's a matter of pure coincidence. A friend of mine with better credentials has applied as well and he hasn't received any reply, yet.
Good luck and just try to be patient.
On a different note: Has anyone who received an offer not been offered any college membership, yet?

I accepted my offer on Monday, February 29, 2016 but I am yet to be made a college offer. I'm anxious too.
