Hi, could you tell us the date on which you submitted the application?

I applied a day before the deadline (December 4th) and my surname begins with an M! Hopefully that helps!

I applied to both programmes about 4 hours prior to deadline.

Thanks for sharing! Anyone suspecting they consider applications in alphabetical order?

 (tbh i start to believe there is no system at all… just hoping that statuses will continue to change next week). Best of luck everyone! 

Applications are not considered in alphabeical order according to last years threads. There was similar discussion but in the end no direct interrelation was proven

hi friends - if it helps, my MCL just changed to dp at around 6pm GMT on 22 Feb. My LLM is still under review. Good luck to everyone waiting!

Worst case scenario, is there any chance of receiving an offer without our status changing? Has anyone received an offer before despite being under review all the time?

Mine is still under review. Doubt there will be any further movement during the weekend

Seems unlikely to me. But seeing this thread, there have only been 4 or 5 DPs, compared to around 15 last year by this time. This is very slow by Cambridge.

My MCL changed to decision pending the day before yesterday, and the LLM is still under review.

I applied in mid-October, and my surname begins with G.

From my count, 4-5 decisions are pending for the LLM but 7-8 for the MCL.

My status changed a couple hours ago today. For the past week or two I have been frantically checking the application portal for updates and it wasn't the healthiest thing. Your update will come when it comes, and it is not good to compare with others. I know this is easier said than done, but I wish I had done that.
