Well, I think you can’t be 100% sure but according to other threads the PAO only checks formal stuff and will not really decide anything. 

Did your portal recently change? :) 

My opinion is that universities in general, and Cambridge in particular, have never been models of efficiency or transparency.  The application decisions will be rendered soon and thankfully all of this waiting, before we know it, will be far away in our “rear view mirrors”.  I wish everyone good luck, whether with Cambridge or the literally dozens of other comparable post graduate law programmes to which you/we have applied.

I have moved to 'decision pending' on my MCL application this afternoon.

My LLM application is still 'under review by department'.

I appreciate that no one here is on the Faculty (yet!), but is there any indication as to what 'decision pending' really means? Thanks all and best of luck.

Could anyone clarify what does 'Decision Pending' imply? Is it a stage prior to PAO or is it the new equivalent to PAO?
