BVC / BPTC

Baluza

Hello,

I am an Indian BCom and LLB Commerce and Law graduate. I wish to take litigation as my career option. Hence, my first question is:

1. Will BPTC (BVC before) help me in the drafting, oral and written communication skills and advocacy skills of argumentation?

Secondly, I have graduated both the degrees with First class.

2. What is the procedure and do I have to undergo GDL one year qualifying course or it will straight way qualify me for the vocational stage?

3. What is the other procedure and which is the best time to start application and what are the chances of acceptance, scope of pupilage and tenancy?

Thanks in advance
