if you want better place to study choose University of Hull, UK, nice place!it has centre for international law called robert mccoulbrey and josephine onoh memorial lect on international law

Hull has moderate ranking. But its law school has a very good rating of RAE 5 and QAA. And in Good University guide hull is 8th best law school in UK above Nottingham.

Yes but Aberdeen is also ranked above Oxford so take that particular ranking with a serious pinch of salt!

i'd suggest Kent University (Brussels), Oslo University and Grongin University

If anyone wants to study public International law, the best university to do so is the University of Cambridge, UK. Nothing comes close. No need to look elsewhere.
