LSE has an excellent specialism in Human Rights Law covering a large breadth in topics like European human rights law, terrorism, world poverty and more. It's quite a good program with solid faculty in the field.
Also, even if it's not an LLM, Oxford's Master's program in International Human Rights Law is definitely worth looking at.
