Hi there,
I just graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado. I’d like to study law in Ireland in Galway. I don’t need to have a degree that will transfer back to the United States. I would like to start applying but I don’t know whether there’s an entrance exam nor do I know where to start. Any information or advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,
There is not an entrance exam.
All you need is CV, statement of purpose, 2 recommendation letters and transcript. Since your mother tongue is English, you do not have to take TOEFL or IELTS.
Some schools do not want you to submit a reference letter or a statement if purpose. For instance, as far as i know Trinity College Dublin does not want applicants to submit a statement of purpose. Another example is King's College London. I am not sure but as far as i know KCL does not require a reference letter.
Good luck
