All those definitely going to UCL Sep'06.

Hi Koen. I got an email from Neil Tailor in the Faculty of Laws today with the induction information. I would give them a call and find out what's happening. You will also get some information sent through by the UCL Graduate Office - I rang them today but was told that they were yet to mail things out!! It's getting really late !!!

Is there anyone who has received the induction materials from the Faculty of Laws by now? I am still waiting for it.

Neither have I received a status update to unconditional yet. (On the phone someone from the Law Faculty said that my status was changed to unconditional and that they would send a mail that confirms it...)

I am getting worried that the materials won't arrive in time because this time next week I'll be in London.

Regards and see you soon at UCL!

Hi there,

I have received correspondence both from the Law Faculty and from the Registry Office. To be honest there wasn't that much information in either package, the registry office just sent a booklet entitled " Information for New Graduate Students", most of which you can find out yourself on the net, and it gave the dates for the International Student Orientation Program on the 21st & 22nd. The Law Faculty just sent letters with the dates of enrolment (Tuesday 26th September) and the times. It also gave a brief outline of the first week of term.

That's all I have received, has anyone received anything more? I wouldn't worry about not getting those letters, there is absolutely no information there that you wouldn't get from a quick email from the university.

Jazzman, I'm just wondering if you have heard anything about accomodation?

Koen, I called Langton Close and they confirmed that the charge for arriving early is the same rate as the weekly rent.

See you all soon,

Hi mia, I received an email from the Faculty Office but nothing else yet. I agree, however, that most of the info is already online.

As for accommodation, I was rejected :-( But I have found somewhere to live in the short-term :-)

It says in the registration details that you do not have to give a final decision on the four subjects you want to study until the end of October. Surely if we were to change subjects we would have missed quite a lot from the syllabus?
