By the way, I know there is another thread concerning "international reputations" of UK schools and LSE is consistently ranked in the top 5, usually the top 3 behind Oxford and Cambridge.
What is the typical acceptance criteria for LSE? Is it that much more difficult to get into Oxford or Cambridge compared to LSE?

I know students have been admitted to the LL.M Innovation, Technology and the Law (distance learning) at The University of Edinburgh, but I can't say who they are..... does that count ;-)?
Oh and congratulations to everyone who has received an offer already, and don't worry if you haven't - the process can sometimes take a long time, particularly if your application was missing one or two vital components!

HI, I applied to Kings,UCL and Queen Mary in mid jan. I did not attach a TOEFL test result. Do you think that will have a negative impact on my application? I received the results a while ago, but i don't know whether to send them in now, or wait until í hear from them.

exactly...otherwise, you will get a conditional offer...i say its better to get an unconditional one and be done with it once and for all...

Hi there,
Just got an unconditional offer from LSE - at least, that is what reads the on-line application webpage.
Still shaking...
Now, I guess, I must only send the missing paperwork to assure my spot.
Anxious times are gone.

HI,
Congrats on your admission. Could you tell me how long did it take lse to make a decision on your application? The tracking syatem read around 8 weeks but i kind of assumed it would be sooner then that.

I applied the first week of December. There was only three days between their acknowledgement that they had received my application and their offer.
Hi
:)
How were you informed that you were accepted in QMU, was it by letter?
Thanks
