Will Harvard require one more TOEFL test?

I already have a Harvard admission email, the official letter is still on the road. But someone told me that Harvard may require me to get a better TOEFL IBT test score than the one I submitted, because my original IBT speaking section score does not reach 25. Otherwise, the admission decision would not take effect.

I fully understand their positions, but if I have a hard time doing that because of lack of time or for other reasons, what shall I do?

Thanks!

Who told you that?? The admission letter only mentioned the condition for those who have not graduated right?? I really don't think that they will require you to retake it if your score didn't fall below too much. If they will do that...it probably means that I will have to retake it too.....one of my subsections was only 24 :(
