TOEFL subminimum for 2010 application

to_

Hi,
I applied for several US top law schools in Master level.
When I applied from the beginning, I asked for a waiver for a toefl test, but recently I was denied.
So, after the deadline, (last month,) I got the TOEFL score and reported it to the schools on request of them, but my toefl score is just 2 points below the minumum.(ibt)

Now, it is February, and I think it is late to take the test again.

Also, I think the schools received my score which was 2 points below the minimum, but I did not get any response.

Do you guys think the sub-minimum toefl score would be impossible to get a chance to be admitted? Or would it be still worth taking the test again?

I had the same problem...I sent them a mail and said that I would retake the toefl, what I did...

I heard that there are many schools that do not give that much to the minimum requirements when it comes to TOEFL (Columbia accepted people with only 99 in the past, while they want you to have 105).
