Do some research on school's webpage you smart pant, if you don't find then ask participants. If you can ask these questions here then I am sure you can do some due diligence yourself.

Law schools will always ask for proof of your english proficiency. How can you study there if you don't know the language :)

The less "big" the school is, the lower the TOEFL requirements might be though.

If you are investing such a large chunk of money in attending Law School in US, I would recommend that you take the TOEFL so you can have access to a wider array of schools.

Hi Alex, the law schools in the US are quite forthcoming when it comes to waiving the TOEFL requirement, provided you show 'em that you have an english speaking background / you have studied law in english instruction; Also each law school lays down its TOEFL waiver conditions. Advisable to seek a waiver before applying.

You will need TOEFL, if you dunt meet the above criterion.
