I'd like to know whether on not UCL and KCL might be flexible about the english requirements.

I am still waiting for the results of my third test but I'm afraid I will not get what they ask. In the last two tests, I got 7 overall in both, but never the right combinations in the sigle parts.

Do anyone know if there is the chance that at the end, after the third test, when I will have to decline the offer, they might accept me in spite of the IELTS (as I still have 7 overall and 6,5 in writing)?
