I was admitted in an LLM program and would like to apply to a scholarship. I did not find many in my home country. I am currently residing in the US and would like to know which organisations would offer grants/scholarships. Plz help since a grant would determine whether Ill go for the LLM. I have to send an email very soon to the admissions office, confirming/rejecting my admission. Thanksssss

I am afraid you will have to send the email the same because, even if you find organisations granting scholarships, it is not likely you will receive an answer very soon. Usually this procedures take time, sometimes a year.
But well... if you want to study in the US, I would recommend you to check first the website of the university where you applied for the LLM. All universities have a section of funding, and they provide information about scholarships, internal and external. You should find all what you need there. If by any chance your university does not provide this information, just check any other website of anyother university and see which are the external scholarships they recommend.
The tipical and prestigious organization for studying in the US is Fulbright... but I am almost sure you are late becasue they start with the application process one year in advance. You may also want to try the Ford Foundation, but I am not sure how the procedure is.
Finally you should also check the website of the US Embassy in the country of your nationalitiy, the website of your Embassy in the US, and the website of the Education Ministry of the country of your nationality.
