Hey, I was just wondering if someone knows how many offers does NYU make for JSD degree, or how many people apply. Any info is greatly appreciated at these dramatic times :)

I have applied....This interminable wait is killing me.

I remember reading somewhere in a post from past years that the intake is around 5 a year... (but please do not hold me to that)..

If you look at their website, they have 15 JSD candidates on all three years, which would make 5 per year. However, I doubt that all the people who get an offer accept it, so I am hoping they make a bit more offers than five... Good luck, junkhouseblues...

Any news on your applications?

No decision yet. I called admissions and they informed me that my application is STILL under review and the decision will be made only in May!!!! When asked when in May, the reply was just "May".

I have a feeling that the decision should be out next week.

That's what I keep hearing from everyone, but it is of no solace to me.
