Hi guys! Which is a better option between the two? UPenn w/o any scholarship so far or Duke with 30k scholarship? TIA!

They are equally prestigious, so I will go for the school with merit-based scholarship.

Congratulations! I think it all depends on what you want to study and whether you can afford it. If money is not a problem, based on rankings alone and the area, UPenn would be the better choice. If money matters, then Duke has given you a generous offer. Also would you rather spend 1 year in Durham or Philadelphia? Personally I would rather live in Philly.
