Hey, everyone!
Does anyone know if it is possible to apply to UCL and Cambridge (and receive a conditional offer) without the IELTS concluded at the time of the application?
I have taken the IELTS exam twice. The first time I got 7,5 Overall with 7,5 for Reading, 8,5 for Listening, and 8 for writing but a score of 6.5 for speaking. The second result was 7,5 Overall with 8 for Reading and Listening, 7,5 for Speaking but 6,5 for Writing.
Many thanks.

You can't retake the test and get your scores up before applying?

Unfortunately, the University of Cambridge requires the results with my qualifications until 5th of December 2018. The next exam is 1st of December but it's to late.
