Hi easy to answer
1) No
2) lost of opportunities P & I clubs, insurance companies, ship operators and law firms
3) I studied at Swansea- it was excellent and it is getting stronger. Tulane is USA law which is not international- USA does not usually be party to any international agreement. I think IMLI is more public maritime law.
4) Of course- this is a very good sector and if you are doing the right things and willing to work hard you can get a very good return.
