<p>Hallo </p><p>am new to this forum but i read all the postings on this site and i love the insights and advice.</p><p>&nbsp;well my question is, if you are offered a place in a very very good university and later you cant take up the offer for some reason or the other, what are the chances that if you reapplied to the school using the same papers that you used in the last application, that you will be offered a place again?</p><p>note, a request for deferral has been refused.&nbsp;</p>
