Hello, I currently living in NYC

I am a few months away from earning an LLB with the Open university UK. My grades have been strong and I expect to graduate with distinction(1st). I have no experience working in the law, although I do have some experience working in political communications.
My plan is to earn an LLM in the US, (although not closed to European options) and then take the bar.
My question is thus; how likely is it that I can get into a decent LLM program in the US with these qualifications? Has anyone else followed a similar path, with online school to practice via the LLM?
