i'd really like some help here!basically, i had purchased bar bri materials for ny bar in march 2007 and then sat for the exam in 2008 feb. unfortunatly i didn't pass and i am resitting it in feb 2009. do u think i should purchase new materials for this or is what i have fine? they have stopped all tutor support and say i have to pay half the admission fee if i want it. basically i dont get updates etc. do ppl normally purchase a set of materials again? also where can i go for updates in the ny law? do the questions change a lot each year? please reply asap!

I am going to take NY bar exam in Feb. 2009 too. I have a thought for you. Why do not you visit the website www.separac.com. this guy has done a very good job. However, recently he started commercializing his work. If I were you I would not pay $200 to have the essay materials.

Before commericializing his work, he let you to download the material for free and simply asked you to donate blood to Red Cross.

If you could not get the essay material, send an e-mail I will send you what I have. Honestly from my experience of feb 2008 the material I just referred to are what you need to study for the essay part of the NY.
