Hi everyone. My background is in commercial litigation but I am interested in shifting my professional focus a few years into my legal career. Ultimately, I would like to work for an international organization or NGO. What are the career prospects like for graduates of LLM programs in human rights or public international law? Especially for those graduates with professional experience in other fields? Is it worthwhile to go for the LLM, or better to just straight up apply to work for the NGOs?
