I am a student at Ghent University in Belgium applying for US LL.M. 2020 Fall. I have encountered a transcript delivery issue right now. The assistant at the International Relations Office told me that she had sent my transcript on 19 September 2019. However, till now, I haven't got the acceptance notification email from LSAC.

Since it is a regular mail, so it cannot be tracked. Can I consider it has already been lost by the mail service? Should I send a new package to LSAC for evaluation purpose?
