I also have 6 months work experience with small law firm in IPR. Am I eligible to apply for the LLM program in intellectual property rights for 2017/2018 intake?

What schools are you applying to? Some schools, like Maastricht, specify that they want a 2:1, but others - like Trinity College Dublin - just want a "very good" law degree. It would really depend on what schools you're looking at.
