LLM

HI! I´m thinking about applying to a LLM in International Law. Since graduation, I have worked for a year and a half in the private sector in environmental law. However, I interned almost 2 years in different institutions such as NGOs, government offices and private sectors. Additionally, I´m Teacher Assistant for several years. I want to know if this is enough to get into a good program (I´m thinking NYU or Columbia). Is it a good idea to apply or should I wait some years?

An LLM is not an MBA. Top programs don't care about your extracurricular activities and work experience except as differentiators from another equivalent candidate. It's all about grades grades grades.
