Hello friends!
I am applying to some British universities and they say the letter of recommendation has to be stamped and sealed.
But do you know how they mean that actually? Can I seal the envelop by myself and then just go to the professor for getting a stamp? Should the professor send the letter recommendation or can I do it?
Thank you for your help!

It is the task of the respective professor to write the letter AND to seal and stamp the envelope. You must not throw a glance at the letter until it has been sealed.
Once this has been done your professor should give the envelope to you so that you can, eg, put it in another (bigger) envelope and send it to the admission's office of the university you intend to apply to.
