If you are 2:1 with high law grades, you are probably pretty competitive at most of the schools you list (not that that means you'll get in). If you really like the program, I would go ahead an apply, esp. at KCL, which has no application fee (this might also be true of the other London schools). NYU will undoubtedly charge you a fair bit to apply and is probably also the least transparent about what you need to be accepted, though.
