Jobs after LLM/SJD from a Top 5 School

I completed my LLM from a top 5 US law school in 2011 and ranked probably first or second in my class in terms of GPA. I am now pursuing a SJD which I hope to end in 2013. I have a first law degree from Cambridge and qualified at Clifford Chance in London before pursuing my LLM.

I plan to return to private practice after completing my SJD in 2013. My question would be what are the chances of getting a private practice job (anywhere but preferably in Europe) after my SJD but more specifically, what are the chances of getting a job through the LLM job fair in 2013 as that seems to be the most standardized route of application?

That is, do candidates generally get jobs through the job fair and how would employers look at someone who has completed his LLM a couple of years ago and now has a SJD?

With credentials like you describe, I would think that you could answer your own "question."

Actually its not that simple. I am actually having trouble finding a private practice job at the moment, for example in London.

Really, does no one know about the job fair?
