Hello all,
This question is targeted at the lawyers practicing in the above jurisdictions, but others, please also feel free to share any info that you might have. Do the law firms in these jurisdiction look favourably to hiring foreign qualified lawyers, with an LLM from US?

Dear comrade,
I come from Estonia, so I can fill you in on what's up in our region... First of all, you can forget criminal law. Most of the law-offices specialize solely on domestic civil law and employ people who graduated from Baltic Universities. However some of them (like e.g. Luiga/ Mody/ Borenius) work on international level and can hire an american specialist (doesn't happen very often though).

hey scholar...it would help if we knew where you did you JD (what country), if you speek any languages spoken in those countries (L/L/E) and if you have any knowledge of these legal systems... (courses taken, summer schools, etc.)
