Hey there! I was accepted at both and believe they are great universities!
I'm leaning towards Berkeley because of its focus on tech/corporate law, which fits well with my professional goals. Also, Berkeley appears to have more prestige and is better known, at least in my country, and that counts in the long term.
Also, although Durham seems like a great place to live, California and the bay area just attract me more due to wide variety of activities one can undertake.
