Can a student with U.S. JD degree take the BAR exam after earning L.L.M. instead of right after JD?

Hi LLM-4587, To practise law in the States you must obtain a Juris Doctor. Earning an LLM degree does not qualify international lawyers to sit for the bar exam. Though it should be possible to sit the bar after studying for an LLM.
