Hello everyone!

I have Russian Law Degree, Russian legal profession is mostly deregulated and you can practice law without passing bar exam. You should have a license only for criminal cases. So I’m currently in a process of applying to L.L.M (bar track) in order to pass an exam in the state of Georgia. However, on the Ga Office of Bar Admissions it is said:

“After the applicant files the Petition, they must (1) upload proof of authorization to practice law in the foreign jurisdiction (in a duly authenticated translation, if not in English), consisting of official documentation (certificate, letter of good standing, or the like) issued by the licensing authority of the foreign jurisdiction;”

I will certainly ask them directly, but maybe someone knows, what document should I provide if I don’t have a license?
