Accepting Conditional offer, posibilities for second acceptance ?

PeteH

Hi Guys, I have received a conditional offer form SOTO.
My question is if I accept the offer would it be possible to accept other offers without legal implications? Am I bound to refuse anything else, or I can at least accept another offer as insurance? Accepting second offer is common on LLBs.
If I do accept the offer and then accept a second offer from elsewhere, as and insurance, would it be possible later to drop the second acceptance if I meet the conditions of the first offer?

I am in the same situation as you. Few months after your questions did you find some answers that could help me and other people?
Cheers and all the best

This is the letter that I have received form one of the universities. Seems obvious that conditional offer should not be binding in the full sense, since it hangs on presentation of documents, which in most situations are entirely up to you to present. I guess it will be commendable to inform the University that the place that is offered and reserved for you would not be taken so it can be offered to someone else. Hope this helps.

"Dear PeteH
You will not incur any penalties (financial or otherwise) if you accept our offer and then at a later date withdraw. You can accept as many other offers as you wish.
Regards
X. X."
