UNICRI LL.M.

Hi guys :)

I noticed that a number of you are talking about the UNICRI LL.M. and decided to share my experience on it.

I was attracted to the UNICRI LLM because of its price, as it still is one of the cheapest international LL.M. programs, the duration, and ofcourse because of the opportunity it gave me to interact with UN professionals.

And then content wise, the Master helped me understand various subject of International Criminal Law, not just the jurisprudence of tribunals but also emerging issues such as environmental crimes, financial crimes etc. We had lecturers and judges from the ICTY, ICC, STL etc. and even professionals from other organizations like the Basel Institute of Governance, coming to teach us. And then the Moot Court conducted in front of Judge Schomburg itself, was a great experience. So also the aperitivo right after that :)

I guess I will always miss my six months in Italy . and my friends. Turin was great, and we the 40 of us really enjoyed being together and comprised what we called a mini united nations :) Anyways

I would really recommend this program who intends to specialize in the field of international criminal law.

Hope this helps
