Regulatory Law in Germany (in english)

Hey all.

I'm a lawyer from Brazil (non-EU), specialized in Regulatory and Infrastructure Law.

I have a decent English level, with a C1 Cambridge certificate (working on getting to C2). My German, however, is not as good, only a B1.

I'm very interested in studying in Germany, but I'm yet to find a program focused on my practice area (public-private partnerships, public service concessions, regulatory issues).

Thus, I ask if you guys could recommend a program for someone with my profile.

My budget is limited, so expensive programs are out of reach.

Thank you!
