Wondering if anyone could help me out please!

I have been accepted to the above colleges for PIL LLM and am torn! Amsterdam has great choice of modules and would be so cool to live in. Improving rep and few new lecturers migrated from Leiden Univ.. Leiden has long standing rep for this course and based in The Hague, by all accounts very full on course, competitive and possibly slightly outdated..

What do ppl think??

Also, has anyone experience of deferring offer at Leiden to February? Is this allowed and if so is it a steadfast deferral that cannot be reneged upon and is it any good starting a course in feb anyway?! Just would be much happier starting then if poss. Am in a good job that would be good to clock up the few extra months on.
