Hi there!!
Im finishing my law degree really soon, no more than 20 days. And i really dont know what im going to do next. Im sure I want to continue to study and im thinking on having a LLM or Master (INTERNATIONAL? HUMAN RIGHTS? REFUGESS? or ENVIRONMENTAL??) but I still have a lot of questions:
1 WHAT CAREERS can you pursue after having a HUMAN RIGHTS, REFUGES OR INTERNATIONAL LAW LLM?
2 Which of those is the best choice if you want to work for the UN OR OTHER NGOs?
3 Is ENVIRONMENTAL LAW really a sure bet for the future?
4 What are the BEST LLM in these two areas in EUROPE, i.e. UK, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, etc, etc... (as tuiton in the USA is really, really expensive...)? And can i have them IN ENGLISH if theyre not in the UK?
5 What are the ODDS OF BEING ACCEPTED?
6 What are THE FEES? What are the possibilities of getting some SCHOLARSHIP?
I know that Im asking a lot of question but i really need all the help i can get, so if you can help in just in some of these id be really delighted.
Thank you very much!!!!
NeEd some HeLp!!

Of course environmental law is a "sure bet" for the future. There are 20,000 environmental lawyers in the USA, and large numbers everywhere. There are jobs with private law firms, companies, the UN, all levels of government agencies. Education is not cheap -- particularly in the USA. But there are a large number of fellowship programs (like Fulbright and various national government fellowships) that are available for some countries.
The LLM Program in Environmental and Natural Resources Law at the University of Oregon brings you the skills, expertise, and reputation of an internationally renowned institution in the field of environmental law.
