The ILF is a much better option in Germany for Finance.
The prestige of faculty, the response from market participants in previous hiring processes, plus the quality of the intake made the course a standard for German programs.
Just research well.

Undoubtedly MLB is better since it is organized not only by Bucerius, certainly the best law school in Germany, but also by WHU, which is one of the most reputable business schools in Europe. After graduation you will be a member of both Bucerius and WHU alumni, thus you will double your contacts.
Moreover, and most importantly, there is much more fun in Hamburg. Frankfurt might be a good option if you want to make a network but MLB still gives you the same chance as most probably you will find an internship (which is a compulsory part of the program) in Frankfurt. Thus, you can have contacts both in Hamburg and in Frankfurt.
