As the coordinator of the Law & Technology Masters program of Tilburg University, I can provide you with all kinds of answers relating to our Masters program. Our research and education covers the regulation of technology from a multidisciplinary approach. We particularly look into the implications of new technologies on society and how we should deal with these. You do need a provable background in the fundamentals of law but specific technical knowledge is not necessary. Dutch students can participate in a Premaster Law program to obtain the required legal background. Foreign students can follow a specific self-education program to gain sufficient legal knowledge.

The following is just a sample of the key items our Masters program deals with: ICT; biotechnology; nanotechnology; computer crime; e-commerce; privacy; ict contracts; Intellectual property rights management; global technology, ethics and law; Innovative technologies, risks and regulation.
