LL.M. Intellectual Property program at Maastricht University is new (it looks like it started in 2009). What reputation does it have? Did anyone attend this program and can give any advice or opinion?

What are some good IP programs in Europe (in English) other than MIPLC that accept students without a previous law degree? I am interested in full-time programs. Thank you.
