Does anyone know whether Maastricht University offers online learning for international students in light of the Pandemic. I have reached out to the admissions office via email but not gotten a response.

You mean entirely online? 

I've participated in many online conferences early this year to decide which university I would apply to. 

 What I know so far is that they will only offer online learning while  the government prohibits on campus classes. The Board wants to go back asap to campus because of their problem-based learning. 

If you are considering 100% online learning, I wouldn't apply, If I were you. I live in Germany. one of the reasons why I dropped the Idea of Maastricht was due to  this point. They will shortly  require  your presence on campus. In times like these, I found it risky.
