you must go in ambassade of france in your country , in december and they will give application and you will prepare all documents and they will send in the university. i will have no problems . you can't apply independently because it is public university and you application will be send by ambassade of france:)
good luck

Hi Mariam,
Thanks for the information. I am already at Sciences Po, so i don't need to go the Sorbonne.

Oh ! Congratulations !
I would like to ask something...How may one be accepted without classes preparatoire in Sciences Po or Ecole Normale Superieure ? Or, in other words, what are the requirements ?

Thanks man,
I don't know much but what i know is that the procedure is different for international students. If you are a french guy, you should pass a 'concours' which can be facilitated by classes preparatoires. If you are an international student you have to submit your file through the website of Scpo. Based on your CV and background they'd decide to admit you or not.

Bonne chance,
